We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after shipping. Orders of $25 or more ship free. Orders under $25 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99. You'll receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products. We offer both refunds and exchanges, and we cover the return shipping cost. For hygiene reasons, used toys can't be returned. If you believe there's a problem with a toy you've used, please call us and we'll work it out together.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 24 hours of receiving your return.
